SiteOfSites lets users organize, describe, vote on and group links to external websites. SiteOfSites does not host those external websites and does not continuously control their content.
You must be at least 18 years old to create or continue using an account. You must provide truthful account information, protect your credentials and avoid multiple accounts used to manipulate votes, reports, groups, visibility or ranking.
User content may include URLs, descriptions, tags, groups and report descriptions. You remain responsible for the content you submit.
You grant SiteOfSites a non-exclusive, free license to display, index, search, moderate, organize and operate the content you submit as part of the service, for as long as needed to provide the service and handle safety, legal, moderation or audit needs.
Do not submit or promote malware, phishing, scams, fraud, spam, illegal content, copyright or trademark violations, privacy violations, personal data of third parties without a valid basis, harassment, hate, threats, defamatory descriptions or keywords, impersonation, unsafe inappropriate content, deliberately misleading information or links to illegal services/products.
External sites are managed by third parties and may change after submission. Including a link on SiteOfSites does not imply approval, partnership, sponsorship, certification or a guarantee of safety or accuracy. Users should exercise caution when visiting external links and should report risky or rule-breaking links.
Users may vote with like, dislike and reject. Votes may affect ranking, visibility and service quality. Reject votes may lead to automatic removal or limitation from public visibility.
Thresholds may consider user count, positive votes, negative votes, reject votes, anti-abuse signals, account status and other quality or safety criteria. Automatic removal does not represent a legal judgment or certification about the external site. Removed content may be reviewed, restored, kept hidden or further limited.
Reports must be submitted in good faith. False, abusive, repetitive, bad-faith or intimidating reports are prohibited, including reports submitted to manipulate visibility or harm competitors. Light qualitative reports that may be forwarded to the content owner are available only to authenticated users, without reporter identity, and only the description is forwarded when the reporter explicitly allows it.
Serious reports require enough detail to review. Insufficient reports may be closed or marked as insufficient information.
User reports are available only to authenticated users and must include enough detail to allow review. You may not report your own account. User reports should be used for account-related issues such as harassment, spam, scams, impersonation, privacy violations, abusive behavior or suspicious account activity.
If you receive a qualitative report notification about your content, you may be able to report the sender of that report when you believe the report itself was abusive, false, harassing, retaliatory or otherwise made in bad faith.
SiteOfSites may hide, remove, restore or limit content, and may also limit, suspend or restore accounts. Account suspension may be temporary or permanent and may invalidate active login sessions. In abuse-prevention cases, SiteOfSites may also restrict new registrations or anonymous reports connected to suspended-account activity, using pseudonymized technical signals.
You may request review through postmaster@siteofsites.org or an available account channel. A review request should identify the content, action and reason for reconsideration.
You may not manipulate votes, reports, rankings, groups, visibility or moderation thresholds, including through multiple accounts, coordinated abuse or misleading metadata.
Report suspected copyright, trademark or other legal violations through the reporting tools.
Serious or repeated violations, abusive behavior, manipulation, harassment, spam, scams, impersonation, privacy violations or suspicious account activity may lead to temporary or permanent account limitations, suspension or disabling. Suspended users may be prevented from logging in, and related anti-abuse restrictions may apply to prevent immediate re-registration or anonymous report abuse.
Within the limits allowed by law, SiteOfSites does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, safety or completeness of external links or user-submitted descriptions. This does not exclude responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
These terms are versioned and may change over time. Relevant changes may require renewed acceptance.
