Document version: 1.2

Effective date: 2026-05-11

If a translated version differs from the English version, the English version prevails.

1. Useful and Accurate Content

URLs, descriptions, keywords, tags and groups should describe real, useful and relevant resources. Do not use descriptions or keywords to defame people, damage competitors or mislead users.

2. Prohibited Content

Do not submit illegal content, malware, phishing, scams, spam, copyright violations, privacy violations, personal data of third parties without a valid basis, harassment, hate, unsafe content outside its proper context, impersonation, abusive behavior, suspicious account manipulation or deliberately misleading information.

3. Good-Faith Reports

Reports must identify real issues. Reports about wrong categories, wrong tags, broken or inactive sites, duplicate sites, wrong descriptions or duplicate groups are treated as qualitative reports. These reports may be forwarded to the content owner for correction when appropriate and are available only to logged-in users.

Reports about malware, phishing, scams or fraud may trigger automated URL safety checks and temporary hiding of the reported content. Reports about illegal content, copyright or brand impersonation, privacy violations, harassment, hate or deliberately misleading information must include enough detail to allow review.

4. Report Abuse

Abusive, false, repetitive, bad-faith or intimidating reports may affect internal anti-abuse signals and may limit the account or reporting ability. This includes reports submitted to manipulate visibility, damage competitors or pressure other users.

5. User Reports

User reports should be used only for real account-related issues, such as harassment, hate, spam, scams, impersonation, privacy violations, abusive behavior or suspicious account activity. User reports require a clear description and may only be submitted by logged-in users.

Do not use user reports for personal retaliation, mere disagreements, pressure, competition or attempts to remove users you simply dislike. Abusive or bad-faith user reports may affect internal anti-abuse signals and may limit the account or reporting ability.

Reporting the sender of a qualitative report should be used only when the original report appears abusive, false, retaliatory, harassing or made in bad faith. Do not use this option simply because you disagree with a correction request.

6. Reject Votes

Reject votes should be used to improve quality and safety, not as a weapon against competitors or content you simply dislike. A rejected site may be hidden or removed from public visibility, but this does not represent a legal judgment or safety certification.

7. Removed Content and Reinsertion

Reinserting removed content is allowed only when the issue has been corrected or the content is legitimate. Circumventing moderation by reposting the same problematic content or using alternate accounts is prohibited.

8. External Sites

External sites may change after they are added. Report risky, broken, misleading or rule-breaking links so the community and moderators can review them.
